Ribeye with Sautéed Crimmini Mushrooms in Jus and Mashed Potatoes

Yep, somewhere under all those mushrooms is a delicious ribeye. LOL. Just a simple ribeye with sauteed mushrooms, garlic, au jus, sherry and salt/pepper. Garlic mashed red potatoes and gravy. Made this a yummy way to end the weekend. I hope it was a great weekend for all. Remember it’s all about the belly! 🙂
